Items are exchangeable for alternative sizes within 14 days of receipt so long as they are in an unused condition. Alternatively, DoggieDesign will issue you with a credit note. Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post addressed to our current trading address as shown on this site, as we cannot be held responsible for losses on the postal system.
If your item is faulty, you will be offered a full refund. If you are unhappy with the size/style, we can either offer you a full value exchange or credit note or a refund. Please note that postage costs are not refundable (except returns with an order value above EUR 40.- / for this case we will refund you the shipping costs. More details you can see in our Terms & Conditions).
We strongly recommend that all toys, and particularly those that contain squeaks, should be given to pets only under supervision.
