We charge a shipping fee which includes the fee for postage and the costs for packaging, depending on your chosen delivery address.

• shipping fee: EUR 5,50 (inside Germany)
• shipping fee: EUR 14,90 (inside the European Union & Switzerland)
• shipping fee: EUR 29,90 (worldwide)

Delivery is free for orders:

• order > 75.- Euro for deliveries within Germany
• order > 200.- Euro for deliveries within the EU & Switzerland
• order > 500.- Euro for shipments to other countries

Therefor we offer our customers a wide selection of payment methods. So you can choose your preferred method.

All our payment methods:

		1. Payment in advance: You transfer the amount in advance to our bank account. Once your payment has been arrived, your order will be promptly dispatched.
		2. Payment by eDirectBanking: Pay for your order comfortable with eDirectBanking, the intelligent online banking with TÜV certified payment transaction security.
		3. Payment by direct debit: The easy and convenient payment solution. You give us your bank data and we will make the direct debit from your bank account. This payment method is only available with a german bank account.
		4. Pay by credit card: Comfortable and well established. Payment by direct debit from your creditcard (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). You enter your credit card number, exp. of validity and trust number on the SSL secure payment form.
		5. Payment via PayPal: With PayPal, you can pay simply and securely. An existing PayPal account is provided. We receive a payment confirmation from PayPal and we can process your order immediately.
